Is the Flow State Ibiza retreat right for you?

This is for you if

  • You are successful on paper and running on empty underneath.
  • You want the science, not the woo.
  • You want real people and real conversation, not a party.
  • You are ready to change something, not just escape for a week.

This is not for you if

  • You are looking for a party vacation.
  • You want ayahuasca or a purely spiritual trip. This is grounded and science based.
  • You are not open to putting the phone down and doing the work.

Your guide

I am Diana.

Diana arrived in the UAE from Colombia fifteen years ago, lost, dysregulated, and searching for something she had no name for yet. Movement found her first. What began as a fitness practice became a lifelong inquiry into the human body, the nervous system, and the deeper layers of what it means to feel truly alive. She went on to study yoga, breathwork, and somatic therapy, not to add credentials, but because her own healing demanded it.

Over the years, Diana has held space for more than 7,000 people across retreats, immersions, and transformational experiences, creating lasting change in individuals from all walks of life.

Now, through Human State, she brings together everything she has lived and learned, polyvagal theory, breath, movement, ceremony, and stillness, to help people regulate their nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and step out of the cycles that keep them small. She believes that any person, in any season of life, can live better when they are regulated and connected. That is the mission. That is Human State.

If you would like to speak with Diana personally, take the next step.

Sound familiar?

Does this sound like you right now?

You cannot sit still long enough to focus

You open the laptop, stare at one task, and an hour later you have done nothing but check your phone. The work that used to take you two hours now takes all day.

You are tired in a way sleep does not fix

You wake up already behind. Coffee takes the edge off for an hour, and then you are running on fumes again by mid-afternoon.

The money is good and it does not feel like enough of anything

You built the life you said you wanted. Quietly, you are not enjoying much of it, and you feel guilty for even thinking that.

You keep promising yourself you will slow down

Then Monday comes and you are back in the same loop. You tell yourself next month, next quarter, after this one last push.

You have lost the spark

The ideas that used to come easily are just not there. You feel foggy, flat, and a little further from yourself every week.

If you see yourself here, this retreat may be exactly what you need.

What if

What if you came home actually recharged?

Picture the last morning. You wake before your alarm on the island, the light coming up over the hills at Santa Gertrudis, and your first thought is not your inbox. For the first time in months your mind is quiet.

You are not the same person who landed six days ago. You are clear on what you want. The ideas are back. Your body feels lighter. And you are leaving with a small set of tools you can use on a normal Tuesday at home.

  • →You think clearly again, for hours at a time, not minutes.
  • →You know what you want next, and what you are done tolerating.
  • →You sleep, and it feels like real rest.
  • →You leave with people who get it, not just a camera roll.

Questions

What people ask before they book.

I am not sure I can take six days off.

Most people who come here felt the same. The honest answer is that the version of you running on empty is already costing your work more than six days would. You will get more done in the month after this than you did in the three months before it.

I am not spiritual.

Good. This is built on neuroscience and nervous system work, not belief. Nothing here asks you to take anything on faith.

I am coming on my own. Will that be awkward?

Almost everyone comes on their own. That is exactly why the group works. Twelve people, no cliques, and by the second night it does not feel like strangers.

What if I do not like the group?

The call is there for this reason. I only invite people who fit the room, which is why the group tends to click.

Is it physically demanding?

There are hikes, cold plunges and movement sessions, and every one of them is optional and scalable. You choose your level.

What about food and dietary needs?

Every meal is fresh, organic and largely grown on the estate. Tell me your requirements on the call and the kitchen works around them.

How do I know it is worth it?

That is what the call is for. If it is not right for you, I will tell you.

Still weighing it up? The call is the simplest way to find out.

Twelve people. One week a year.

September 8 to 13, 2026. When the twelve rooms are spoken for, that is the year gone. The call is free, and it is the only way in.

Your next chapter starts with a single conversation.
